A 5 week resistance-based rehabilitative exercise program for women with breast cancer.

1. Reduces the risk of lymphedema and controls swelling for those who have it.

2. Supervised by 2 local physiotherapists with a passion for helping women live their best lives.

3. No gym experience is needed.

4. Safe, welcoming and fun setting to get women started on a healthy exercise routine.

A 1 hr Physiotherapy assessment screening appointment is mandatory to ensure safety of the participants. This can be claimed through your extended health benefits.
